You are eligible for consideration of the permanent Partner visa two years after you apply for the temporary and permanent Partner visas.
Step 4: After you apply
You can track and manage your application using ImmiAccount.
Step 5: Visa outcome
You can be in or outside Australia when we decide on your permanent Partner visa.
